What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct students on water safety and proper swim techniques based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment for children
- Maintain excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Collaborate with the Deck Supervisor, Pool Operations Manager, AGM, and GM
- Obtain Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work in the water for 3-4 hours on some shifts
- Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday- 4 hour shift) and some evenings (until 7:30)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must be at least 15 years old

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- No formal swim experience required, full training provided
- Previous experience working with children or in a childcare/education setting
