What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the success and support of key IT operations
- Configure and support networking hardware, including Meraki, Cisco, and HP devices
- Manage projects and responsibilities within larger business initiatives
- Collaborate with technical departments to enhance efficiencies and processes
- Develop and maintain a Business Continuity plan alongside Network and Security efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field; experience may substitute for education and vice versa
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing networks, including firewalls and load balancers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows Server 2012 or newer
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with RHEL or CentOS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with VMware vSphere virtual environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with Office365 and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with monitoring applications like SolarWinds or Microsoft SCOM
- Working knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments
- Experience with database management, specifically MS SQL Server
- Willingness to participate in on-call support rotation
