      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and security
      - Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows server operations
      - Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet compliance requirements for obtaining and maintaining an Authority to Operate (ATO)
      - Manage Active Directory and create group policies to enforce security and compliance
      - Document security compliance and assist in internal and external security reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Secret clearance required
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
      - 5+ years of experience working on DOD government systems
      - 5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator
      - Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Azure certification is a plus
      - Experience with Splunk, System Center Operations Manager, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
      - Familiarity with .NET development and assisting in troubleshooting code releases
      - Knowledge of network security systems and intrusion detection systems
