The IBM® TRIRIGA® solution delivers an integrated workplace management system (IWMS) that integrates functional models across real estate, capital projects, facilities, workplace operations, portfolio data, and environmental and energy management within a single technology platform.

Would be trained on IBM Tririga.

Willing to work in night shift.

Your role includes to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Tririga Support Activities.

• Monitor and solve Tririga support tickets & communicate with end users.

• Read, analyze, interpret documents and Document solutions or processes.

• May Create technical and functional specs

• May train or provide guidance to end-users

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Language (any)

• Bachelor´s degree in Systems or related

• Learn and adapt new Technologies.

• Documentation & presentation skills.

• Conversational Fluent English: Communication with end-users and customers

• Familiar with Support Ticket systems (not mandatory for fresher)

• Ready for rotational shifts.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Initiative and ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to tasks

• MS Excel intermediate level

• SQL Server intermediate level
