      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to various teams in configuring the System Contract Management database for accurate invoicing and order control
      - Understand and assist with Provider and Client contracts, including fee schedule creation and modification
      - Maintain the System database by adding new Providers and Clients to support contract implementation
      - Ensure Global and Provider Equipment Catalogs are updated with current product options and information
      - Complete all assigned System configuration activities with 100% accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent is required
      - Experience with the operations of the company System is preferred
      - Administrative support experience in data entry, billing processes, or general business support is preferred
      - Experience in healthcare or medical fields related to durable medical equipment is strongly preferred
      - Good analytical skills to review data and identify trends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of contracting or procurement functions
      - General business acumen obtained through work experience or education
      - Familiarity with the employer's proprietary order management platform
      - Knowledge of hospice and durable medical equipment operations
