What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to Contracting, Implementation, Client Services, and Billing Teams in configuring the System Contract Management database for accurate invoicing
- Understand Provider and Client contracts, including terms, conditions, and renewal dates
- Assist in maintaining the System database by adding new Providers and Clients
- Ensure the Global and Provider Equipment Catalogs are updated with current options and available products
- Complete all assigned System configuration activities with 100% accuracy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with operations of the company System is preferred
- Administrative support experience, including data entry and billing processes
- Strong understanding of durable medical equipment and healthcare fields is preferred
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and presentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contracting or procurement functions
- General business acumen gained through work experience or education
- Familiarity with the proprietary order management platform
- Knowledge of hospice and durable medical equipment operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA
