What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule outpatient diagnostic appointments while ensuring all necessary information is captured for patient safety and payment
- Manage calls from patients, providers, and internal team members professionally and courteously
- Accurately input testing orders into computer systems and maintain up-to-date scheduling information
- Coordinate with external departments as needed to facilitate appointment scheduling
- Monitor work queues in Epic/OnBase and assist with cancellations and rescheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional office environment
- Strong customer service skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in typing/keyboarding at a minimum of 40 WPM and basic computer skills
- Ability to understand directions and respond to inquiries accurately

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience working in a medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification
