      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor IT server, network, and application health and performance
      - Provide day-to-day operational support for IT infrastructure and applications
      - Serve as the central point of contact for technology major incidents and manage the incident process through resolution
      - Conduct research to evaluate new Command Center technologies and recommend enhancements
      - Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management reporting and provide periodic reports for analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - 2-5 years of IT Support or System Administration experience
      - Knowledge of IT monitoring solutions such as PRTG, Splunk, Solarwinds, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow
      - Understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server 2012/2019, VMware vSphere) and basic networking skills (Cisco, Aruba)
      - Must be able to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL certification
      - Experience with Cloud Operations
      - Strong organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and juggle multiple priorities
