What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation or upgrade projects
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end system integration and external interface testing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- 2 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- 2 years of experience with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 1 year of experience with Jira and working within the Scrum framework
