What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze pharmacy and oncology software applications and business data for accurate findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with end users to identify problems and provide effective solutions
- Educate end users to ensure efficient and effective use of applications
- Research, evaluate, design, and implement specific applications within various business areas
- Participate in discussions with operational stakeholders and provide on-call after-hours support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Beacon Certification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within a technology environment, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Oncology or inpatient/outpatient pharmacy experience
- Experience in the support, maintenance, and training of a specific information system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with and understanding of protocol build
- Epic Willow Certification or proficiency with build experience
- Knowledge of Beaker or lab systems
