What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for EHR system integration
- Collaborate with the technical lead for the Interfaces group and other teams
- Assist in designing and configuring EHR components based on technical and user requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and processes implemented
- Analyze system performance and interfaces, identifying opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c Database and SQL/PL-SQL programming
- Strong knowledge of web-based application development
- Experience with Java, Web Services, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
- Familiarity with APEX, HTML, and software design principles
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in healthcare technology systems is a plus
- Experience working with Agile or iterative development methodologies
