What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the operability of the data services hub system during night shifts as needed
- Monitor the system live using various tools like New Relic and Splunk in production and pre-production environments
- Perform change request and remedy ticket analysis to address production issues
- Produce bi-hourly and daily reports while escalating issues and risks in a timely manner
- Collaborate with integrated partners and operations teams to manage and resolve production issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 to 6 years of prior development/operations experience
- Strong understanding of system engineering concepts and Java or relevant core languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years
