What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements for grant management systems
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of Salesforce platforms and third-party applications
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using data from various systems
- Provide technical expertise and support to users globally, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with stakeholders for ongoing improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and project management, focusing on grant management systems and ERP
- 1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce system administration role, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis
- Strong analytic skills and understanding of system security, backup, and recovery procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across departments and levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience with AmpImpact or Vera Solutions
- Knowledge of AI and Process Automation/Flows in Salesforce
- Understanding of Azure Data services ecosystem
