What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop computer systems specifications addressing business requirements while adhering to architectural standards
- Oversee and maintain the Master Schedule in Control-M, ensuring balance and efficiency across multiple platforms
- Conduct schedule impact analysis and provide alternative scheduling scenarios as needed
- Analyze, monitor, and resolve job schedule anomalies while maintaining compliance with procedures
- Support the processing of ad-hoc jobs and tasks for recovery and special processing needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (0 years of experience required; 4 years of related exempt experience, 8 years of non-related exempt experience, or 12 years of relevant non-exempt experience can substitute for the degree)
- Experience with scheduling and monitoring tools such as Control-M, Tivoli, or equivalent
- Ability to work with systems that process on multiple platforms, including UNIX and Windows
- Knowledge of networking and distributed computing concepts
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with scripting tools and programming languages, such as UNIX scripting, Perl, or Visual Basic
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., SMAX, HPSM)
