ServiceNow Architect – GRC/IRM
Remote Position

Client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to join a dynamic solutions team. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions related to GRC.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC according to industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements and develop an implementation roadmap.
• Develop GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Create and customize ServiceNow workflows and modules for GRC processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other GRC systems and tools.
• Configure and customize third-party risk assessment and audit management.
• Provide guidance and training on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC.
• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt ServiceNow implementations as needed.
• Support the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents.
• Ensure GRC requirements are integrated into technology infrastructure and processes.

Requirements:

• Remote role. Candidates from anywhere in the US or Canada will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including implementation, integration, and production-level support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a similar role with experience in GRC.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations (SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist in ITSM, GRC/IRM.
• Preferred: ITIL v3 certification.
