What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide cross-functional support for email operations and security practices
- Implement solutions to eliminate phishing and unwanted emails
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid environments
- Directly support end-users with email-related issues from Tier 1-3
- Coordinate with Microsoft support and third-party vendors for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience supporting email services for a mid-sized or large organization
- 4+ years operating email security technologies such as Proofpoint and Mimecast
- 3+ years implementing email security protocols like DKIM, DMARC, and SPF
- 2+ years supporting both Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premise environments
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting
- Proven collaboration skills with diverse technology teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
