      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide prompt and professional technical support for all staff
      - Manage business technologies including laptops, Microsoft O365, printers, and video conferencing
      - Coordinate with the managed service provider for escalated technical support
      - Document and monitor technical issues to ensure timely resolutions
      - Conduct IT orientation and training for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and/or intermediate/advanced Microsoft Certifications preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support
      - Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11 and Office 365
      - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of MAC OS; familiarity with iOS, Android, and mobile technologies is a plus
      - Experience with Intune for managing laptops and mobile devices
