What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with partners to gather and document requirements for ERP system implementation
- Analyze existing business processes and design ERP solutions to improve operations and efficiency
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business requirements
- Ensure successful ERP system integration and monitor system performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Syteline ERP systems and business analysis methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience as an ERP Business Analyst
- Experience with multiple sites, branches, or companies in an ERP environment
- Knowledge and proficiency with the Syteline ERP system
- Experience working with Finance, Projects, and Shop Floor Operations in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with specific knowledge of APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) systems
- Previous experience working on global projects or with diverse teams
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
