What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness, coding them to the appropriate accounts
- Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, ACH, or wire transfers
- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to invoices or payments
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience in Oracle EBS or two (2) years in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in shared services or multi-site accounts payable environments
- Experience in high-volume invoice processing environments
- Familiarity with invoice resolution processes
- Experience with imaging and/or OCR technology
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
