What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with consumers over the phone, providing crisis counseling and support
- Build rapport and engage clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Assess risk and document information accurately during calls
- Provide relevant resources and information to clients
- Help clients develop coping strategies and safety plans
- Perform emergency interventions when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, PsyD, or PhD) or a master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to state licensing board requirements
- Reside in Washington (WA) and hold at least one of the following licenses: LSWA-IC, LSWAA, LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAA, LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or telephonic counseling
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and regulations
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Knowledge of available mental health resources and community services
