Job summary: This position's primary responsibility is quality control. Tactical Team members review agent phone notes daily for any corrections needed and approve check reissue requests to meet SLA requirements from clients. In addition, the Tactical Team is responsible for specific client and audit requests when necessary. ***This is NOT a remote position*** Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly Location: Onsite-Phoenix, 85034

Responsibilities


• Perform SR callback requests received from client services
• Perform any audit or reporting tasks requested by the client
• Perform quality control and approval of check reissue requests/supplemental payments
• Review call notes daily and provide feedback for corrections and coaching to supervisor

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbal communication
• Experience with staff development and direction, training, quality control, and document preparation.
