You are a passionate, hands-on recruitment specialist, working to deliver impeccable Talent Acquisition services with a high level of proficiency in delivering proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelining and engagement and recruiting marketing.

How you will contribute

With a continuous improvement, growth mindset and a focus on simplification, you will provide exceptional services adhering to Mondelēz processes.

As our Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers principally from Manufacturing and Supply Chain in Australia and New Zealand.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

• Consultative end-to-end talent acquisition delivery
• Excellent knowledge of candidate selection and assessment techniques
• Stakeholder management and building strong relationships
• Strategic / Multi-channel sourcing / LIR
• Sound business acumen
• Several years recruitment experience in either agency or inhouse
• Being a good team player and influencing others
• Problem solving
• Hands-on and demonstrated experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelining and market mapping
• Knowledge of the compliance and controls elements of Talent Acquisition
