      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and identify top candidates for both technical and non-technical roles using various platforms

      - 6+ years of experience in software development, with a background as a former CTO or lead developer
      - Active on GitHub with substantial contributions to open-source projects
      - Experience in product-driven companies delivering high-quality products
      - Familiarity with tech stacks such as React, Node, Docker, AWS, and Kubernetes
      - Strong presence in technical blogging or public speaking engagements
