- Extensive attraction and sourcing experience using multiple attraction methods, alongside a passion for sourcing the best talent across a range of niche and specialist roles
- Proven experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle
- You will need to interact with numerous stakeholders, candidates, clients, suppliers and other Resourcing Partners, so strong communication, relationship building and customer service skills are essential
- Ability to organise and prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Specialist technology recruiter experience would be an advantage for one of the roles
- You may be required to interview candidates, so experience in screening, and assessing candidates across a variety of roles is desirable
- Experience in using data to deliver the best recruitment outcomes and improve the recruitment process
- Project Management experience
- Strong Professional User experience and expertise in Workday or similar system

● Working pattern- This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and our Bracknell office. We currently meet together in person as a team once a month but this could change in the future.
● Salary range- The salary range for this role is set at £35,900 - £53,500
● Contract type - This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months
About the role
Do you have experience in end-to-end recruitment? If so, we're keen to hear from you, as we have some opportunities to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The Talent Acquisition team creates a trusted way of recruiting that is agile, simple and provides a happier, inclusive experience for everyone. You will work within a variety of squads, aligned to a specific business area depending on recruitment needs. We’ve got an exciting year ahead, recruiting new roles for many different business areas across the Partnership. We are an ambitious team, keen to provide the highest level of service and support for hiring managers across Retail and our Central offices.
If you’re passionate about sourcing the best talent for our partnership, providing an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience, and being key in helping continuously improve this across the team, then this could be the job for you.
What will you be doing?
You will be working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and role requirements to source and deliver a diverse range of candidates. This will include knowing how to attract and source the best talent, using a variety of techniques and platforms.
You’ll also be pipelining talented candidates for future opportunities and working with your colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach is taken to talent mapping.
You’ll own the the full recruitment life cycle including assessment and selection, offer processing and onboarding and campaign review to identify successes and learns
