      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership and Hiring Leaders to assess staffing demands and recruitment strategies
      - Manage the full cycle recruiting process for high volume/entry level and service-related positions
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key leaders to become an industry expert
      - Implement an ongoing candidate relationship management program to effectively pipeline candidates
      - Deliver a customer-centric and efficient candidate experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or five (5) years of recruitment experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferred
      - Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
      - Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
      - Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week

      - Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment processes
      - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry's staffing needs
      - Experience with candidate relationship management systems
      - Innovative mindset in developing recruitment strategies
