Salary Range: $29.5700 - $45.4600 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Associate is an integral part of optimizing Hoag's recruitment processes and upholding the quality of service for our signature candidate experience. The ideal candidate must be passionate about helping others achieve their career goals. They must also be willing to contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives, organizational objectives and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to Hoag's mission, vision, and values. Needs to be highly-organized, creative, and driven, in order to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Will also be comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, more productive, and efficient.

Also, the Talent Acquisition Associate must be highly motivated, self-directed, and think quickly on their feet to adapt to our fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Solid knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence preferre

Certifications Preferred

• PHR certification
