      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback
      - Organize logistics, scheduling, and travel arrangements for interviews
      - Support requisition creation and job posting processes as needed
      - Extend offers to candidates and manage offer letter generation and approvals
      - Initiate and action onboarding activities, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on candidate progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer care environment
      - Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office
      - Fluency in English
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a recruitment and/or HR environment
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
