      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking systems
      - Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring alignment of availability
      - Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions
      - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports for stakeholders
      - Support new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably WorkDay
      - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
