What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing the recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions, including posting job ads and coordinating interviews
- Source candidates specifically for Contact Center and Outbound Sales roles through various channels
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and availability
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Update and maintain candidate databases in the HRIS system and participate in analyzing recruitment metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
