What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own, implement, and update all TA related activities
- Partner with VP of Talent to build and prioritize overall TA strategy within the employer
- Actively source, interview, and manage the TA process for open roles within the employer
- Analyze workforce planning and recruiting best practices for all divisions of the company
- Build long term strategic partnerships with external vendors to build upon existing TA capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR function
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience managing ATS software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM or PHR certification
