What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of recruitment team supervision or lead experience
- 10 years of professional recruitment experience
- Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
