What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing direction, motivation, and feedback
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent using various sourcing methods
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in talent acquisition
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships

- Demonstrated experience using social media platforms for recruitment
- Proficiency in web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while paying attention to detail
