What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing direction and development opportunities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Develop comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment methods, and employment law
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated skills using social media platforms for recruitment
- Expert proficiency in using recruiting data and analytics to inform decisions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
