What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of full life cycle Recruiters across various business lines to fulfill critical staffing needs
- Manage and oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create targeted job postings that align with workforce needs and organizational objectives
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to evaluate effectiveness
- Promote diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition work experience in healthcare
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Previous leadership experience in a recruiting or HR role
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and employment market conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
