We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Onboarding Coordinator to deliver extraordinary pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new hires. The Onboarding Coordinator drives process improvements to create an exceptional experience for our new team members.

This individual will be part of a crucial Talent Acquisition team to ensure the success of our company’s onboarding.

• Facilitates full onboarding journey (pre-hire to day one) of all new hires, on both the agent and corporate/support side
• Champion for best practices in healthy, happy onboarding for individuals seeking a high-reward role
• Communication with new hires by phone, email, and text
• Act as a concierge to new hires at every critical aspect of the journey: recruitment, offer acceptance, licensing, technology issuance, training, nesting, company immersion, and integration into training.
• Catalyst for new corporate onboarding, to include all aspects of business
• Multi-divisional partner, communicating traction of new hire to internal and external parties
• Data entry and documentation within ATS as well as measure / report, and adjust success of key journey points via data, dashboard and other tools
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to work extended hours or adjust business hours slightly to meet business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
