      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the recruitment process for custom hires, ensuring seamless operations through the ATS
      - Enter candidate information, generate offer letters, and initiate background checks and assessments
      - Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
      - Collaborate with HR support teams to facilitate onboarding of new hires
      - Participate in team meetings and support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruiting tasks as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR operations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS and/or HRIS/HCM software
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels
      - Ability to be a self-starter and manage changing priorities while maintaining strong organizational skills
      - Demonstrated customer service orientation and teamwork skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition team or HR hiring and onboarding process
      - Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruiting technology tools
      - Interest in participating in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
