Portfolio: Campus Recruitment; this position recruits for New Grad RNs.
Act as strategic business partner with site leadership on all recruitment related issues.
Proactively engage the Leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, outcomes and service standards.
Serve as consultant with leadership in the development of effective talent acquisition, sourcing and workforce planning strategies.
Serve as source/search expert for the functional area, while collaborating with the
hiring manager to understand the needs and the priorities for candidate skill sets.
In partnership with our sourcing team, facilitate proactive resource planning with supply and demand analysis and work with HR Business Partners to proactively understand resource needs and talent gaps.
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing components involved in full-life cycle recruiting.
Develop a qualified applicant pool from multiple sources, including direct sourcing, competitive information, web sites, referrals, job fairs, and advertising, networking, and internal candidate pools.
Follow the service level agreement to ensure service excellence, efficiency and meeting time to fill targets.
Complete continuing professional development opportunities including training and project participation.
Associates degree
Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience plus one (1) additional year experience in a human resources, staffing, marketing or related department
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent experienc
Experience in a healthcare environment
Three (3)+ years of experience in full-cycle TA/Recruitment
Previous campus recruitme experience
Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
See and read computer monitors and documents.
Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.
