      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
      - Utilize the ATS (iCIMS) to track candidates and ensure data integrity
      - Develop and implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
      - Conduct interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding open positions
      - Collaborate with the onboarding coordinator to ensure a remarkable onboarding experience for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience
      - 4-6 years of recruiting experience, primarily in healthcare and physical therapy
      - Proficiency in interviewing, assessing talent, and negotiating offers
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data
      - Experience with applicant tracking systems and managing multiple requisitions (up to 40-50 at any given time)
