      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
      - Partner with hiring managers to align hiring strategies with company growth objectives
      - Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent
      - Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively address hiring needs
      - Optimize the candidate experience to reflect the company values and employer brand

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house and/or agency) with a focus on sales and GTM hiring in a global SaaS company
      - Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of engaging passive candidates
      - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring managers
      - Experience in building talent pipelines to reduce time-to-fill for roles
      - Willingness to travel as needed and work within Eastern Standard Time
