      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end hiring processes, planning and executing the recruitment workflow
      - Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person
      - Partner with hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs
      - Source candidates using diverse channels to attract top talent
      - Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2+ years of recruiting experience for a startup or tech organization, particularly in customer-facing roles
      - Proven track record of success managing the entire recruiting process
      - Experience sourcing and attracting talent across various channels
      - Ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured and behavioral
      - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

      - Experience collaborating with global team members and hiring managers
      - Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including reference checks
      - Ability to think creatively and optimize recruitment processes
