What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions with senior leaders to shape executive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies and guide them through the recruitment process
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to engage with top-tier executive talent in the F1000+ space
- Negotiate complex offers, ensuring the needs of both the organization and candidates are met
- Maintain communication with talent acquisition leadership to report on recruitment challenges and successes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle executive recruitment, particularly for C-suite and VP-level placements
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level executives and passive candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills to influence senior leaders
- Deep expertise in talent assessment and innovative sourcing strategies
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to talent acquisition
