What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs
- Enhance employer branding through participation in job fairs and outreach programs
- Analyze and report on recruiting performance and trends to inform strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum eight (8) years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, particularly in technical/aerospace/defense sectors
- Proven track record of success in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence hiring teams
- Strong sourcing and engagement skills using modern recruiting tools and platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with job fairs, college/university recruiting, and proactive outreach
- Familiarity with recruitment data analysis and compliance management
