What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate the employer's mission and vision in daily activities
- Develop and implement programs to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with state teams to address current hiring needs and create candidate pipelines
- Report on recruitment metrics and manage the candidate experience from application to hire
- Attend school career fairs and annual conferences as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience specifically in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- At least one year of experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
