What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively build a talent pipeline by developing creative recruiting strategies
- Conduct phone screenings and maintain positive relationships with candidates
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruiting records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team growth opportunities and assist in succession planning
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to source candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent and 4-6 years of related experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or other resume database tools
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as governmental regulations and procedural manuals
- Moderate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong customer service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP certification
- Experience in developing diverse talent pools
- Background in recruitment marketing strategies
- Familiarity with high-volume recruitment processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring
