What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across go-to-market and corporate teams
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Create and implement structured interview processes for fair candidate evaluation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing methods
- Drive offer negotiations and facilitate the closing process to secure top talent
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies that result in high-quality hires
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in early-stage startups, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency environment
- Passion for enhancing candidate experience and DEI hiring initiatives
