What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources or related experience
- 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting and staffing experience
- Advanced knowledge of effective interview techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
