What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Execute the full recruitment cycle using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
- Manage the selection process, including coordinating interviews and providing hiring recommendations
- Create candidate offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and manage talent acquisition metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting and selection
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting in a healthcare, scientific, and/or clinical environment
- Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing strategies
- Ability to innovate processes and systems within the talent acquisition function
- Experience recruiting both professionals and technically skilled positions
- Working knowledge of other Human Resources functions, such as benefits and HR policies
