      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Hiring Managers to attract and hire top talent.
      - Source, screen, and assess candidates from various talent funnels to recommend the best fit for positions.
      - Utilize cutting-edge technologies to optimize talent acquisition processes and support desired outcomes.
      - Represent the employer at recruiting events, both in-person and online, to generate candidate leads.
      - Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms as a talent champion for the employer.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
      - 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
      - 1+ years of sales recruiting experience.
      - Full-desk recruiting experience, including sourcing from internet/social media and professional organizations.
      - Strong ability to influence and promote the company employee value proposition.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading Behavioral-Based interviewing.
      - Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
      - Effective planning, time management, and organizational skills.
      - Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, MS TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Co-Pilot skills a plus.
      - Willingness to learn and bring a growth mindset.
