      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of Sourcing Specialists, providing guidance and support in daily activities
      - Develop and implement recruitment sourcing strategies and processes to attract top talent
      - Monitor and track team productivity, generating reports to support business needs
      - Collaborate with HR and business partners to create and execute strategic recruiting plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proven ability to manage team members and execute on strategic initiatives
      - Understanding of company policies and behaviors related to teamwork and collaboration
