What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform full life cycle recruiting activities, including workforce planning and candidate communication
- Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and create/update job postings
- Conduct interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System and provide training to hiring managers
- Develop community partnerships and attend job fairs to create a talent pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related recruiting experience in an HR role
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal HR laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS database
- Ability to travel up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience developing and implementing social media campaigns to build applicant pools
- Experience recruiting for a multi-site organization across various levels and position types
